About SAVI

The Scientific Analysis and Visualization Initiative (SAVI) at Weber State University houses a comprehensive, interdisciplinary program combining professional training with ongoing partnerships in the community to offer computational analysis and visualization solutions. By calling on the expertise of our scientific and technical staff, and utilizing the newest scientific analysis and visualization technology, The Scientific Analysis and Visualization Initiative at Weber State University:

• Provides a comprehensive curriculum in scientific computing, data analysis, visualization, and presentation.
• Assists community partners in developing specific solutions to problems requiring numerical analysis and visualization.
• Provides visualization tools to report the latest in scientific developments to professional and public audiences in the form of accurate, high-quality presentations.
• Develops state-of-the-art software for generic and specific scientific and data analysis applications.
